These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products and services provided by Chuan Heng Signcrafts Pte. Ltd. (“Chuan Heng Signcrafts”, “we”, “us” or “our”), including orders placed through our website, online checkout, enquiry channels, or directly at our premises.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Products and Services
We specialise in the manufacture and supply of vehicle licence plates, including embossed aluminium plates, acrylic plates, 3D plates, and related accessories such as plate frames and frameless plate holders.
Product images displayed on our website are for illustration purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, finish, texture or appearance due to screen settings, photography, materials and manufacturing processes.
For customised products, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including vehicle registration numbers, dimensions, colours, finishes and other specifications.
Orders
Orders may be placed through:
- Our website and online checkout;
- Website enquiry or order request forms;
- Direct enquiry with our staff; or
- In-store at our premises.
An order is considered confirmed only after we have received the required payment.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where information provided is incomplete or incorrect, the requested product cannot be produced, or there are other reasonable circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
Payment
Full payment is required before production begins, unless otherwise agreed by Chuan Heng Signcrafts in writing.
Production will generally commence only after payment has been received and the required order details have been confirmed.
Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price confirmed at the time the order is placed.
Where applicable, delivery charges, installation charges or other additional fees will be stated separately.
Customised and Made-to-Order Products
Many of our products are customised or made specifically according to the customer’s requirements.
Once production has commenced, customised or made-to-order products generally cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded due to a change of mind.
Customers are responsible for checking all details provided to us before production, particularly vehicle registration numbers and customised specifications.
Chuan Heng Signcrafts will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect information supplied or approved by the customer.
Production Time
Estimated production times may vary depending on the product, quantity, customisation, material availability and current production schedule.
Any stated completion time is an estimate unless a specific completion date has been expressly confirmed in writing.
Unforeseen circumstances, material shortages, supplier delays, equipment issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in delays.
Collection and Delivery
Customers may choose from available collection or delivery options offered by Chuan Heng Signcrafts.
For collection, customers should collect their completed order within the agreed collection period.
For delivery orders, customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that someone is available to receive the order where required.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information, unsuccessful delivery attempts or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Installation Services
All installation services are carried out at Chuan Heng Signcrafts Pte Ltd’s premises.
Where installation is provided, customers are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is suitable and accessible for installation.
Installation may be subject to additional charges depending on the vehicle, plate type and installation requirements.
We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing defects, modifications, unsuitable mounting surfaces or components that are not supplied or installed by us.
Inspection Upon Collection or Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their products upon collection or delivery.
Any obvious damage, manufacturing defect or discrepancy should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where a product is found to have a manufacturing defect attributable to Chuan Heng Signcrafts, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace or otherwise resolve the issue.
Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Because many of our products are customised or made to order, returns, exchanges and refunds are generally not accepted for change of mind or incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Where a product is defective or does not conform to the confirmed order specifications due to an error on our part, customers should contact us promptly so that we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate remedy.
Any approved refund will generally be made to the original payment method, where practicable.
Product Appearance and Material Variations
Minor variations in colour, surface finish, reflectivity, texture and appearance may occur due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting and screen display settings.
Such minor variations do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Vehicle Licence Plate Compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the licence plates purchased and installed on their vehicles comply with all applicable Singapore laws, regulations and requirements.
Chuan Heng Signcrafts produces licence plates according to the specifications and information available to us at the time of production. Customers should verify the applicable requirements before placing an order.
Where a customer requests a non-standard or customised product, the customer remains responsible for ensuring that its intended use is lawful and compliant.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and up to date.
However, we do not warrant that all product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability, specifications or other information will always be complete, current or error-free.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information and modify products, prices or services without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product images, designs and other materials, belongs to or is licensed to Chuan Heng Signcrafts Pte Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version published on our website will apply to orders placed after the updated Terms & Conditions take effect.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Singapore.
